About This Course
The course provides the ability to serve the public in English
At the end of the nanoMOOC, participants will be able to understand and use the English language elements below in English. Participants will also be introduced to the most common interactions in small shops, bars and restaurants.
Requirements
No specific requierements are set for this course but a strong motivation to use the English in the working place.
Teacher
Joseph Hopkins
Master in Applied Linguistics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (USA). He has been teaching foreign languages in the United States and Spain for more than 25 years. In 2001, he joined the UOC as coordinator of English language subjects, where he is currently the Director of the Center for Modern Languages.
